The staff I encountered were really helpful. The location was excellent, for example, Parcul Central State Park was around 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel.

Our room was spotless and huge, offered with jacuzzi, AC, three showers. The hotel was really close to everything: the nearby town squares, the churches, the tall stone tower, cafes and bars, and all manners of restaurants.
